When I got my vehicle back, my glove compartment was open and my back seat storage compartment was left open. The cap for my value on my tire is missing. The technician sholud have more attention to detail with people property.

I had an amazing experience with Malcolm Cunningham! They made a usually not so pleasant experience pleasant. The process was very fast, seamless and they went above and beyond. Nate Parrish was my sales associate. He listened to my needs and communicated with the financing representative to get me in a car that fit my needs and budget. He went above and beyond by dropping the car off at my house, which I know is not in their job description. The process was fast, just a couple hours. Nate took the time to listen to my needs and he executed it seamlessly. Akeem Littles was my financing director and he thoroughly explained all of my warranty options. Akeem seemed to really care about me as a human instead of finishing the deal. They were both extremely personable and from now on I will have all of my dealings with Malcolm Cunningham. I hope that these two guys stay for forever! I appreciate y'all!

Quick in and out. Don was great and even slightly overestimated the time necessary to complete the service. Dustin did a great job getting it all done in a timely manner as well. Communication with Jason was excellent, as he texted me a good time to come in to speed up the service delivery. I was in and out in what felt like less than an hour!

-First, my Chevy Colorado was not serviced on 10/15/25, it was in the service center from 8/29/25 - 9/9/25. -I called and scheduled a drop off appointment for my truck, when I arrived at the service center, nobody was there to greet me. I had to find a service rep to accept my truck into service. The service rep could not find my appointment. -While my truck was in service for a 2-week period, nobody ever contacted me with the status of my truck, I had to contact them on every occasion by text. Every attempt of a phone call failed. -On my final text to contact the service center, nearly 2 weeks into the process, I was told the work was finished on the truck and it was ready for pick up, they never called me to let me know. -When I arrived to pick up the truck and asked what was wrong with it and what had been done to fix it, I was told that some coolant had been added, that was it, no further details. -I asked for the paperwork detailing the service and what had been done to the truck, I was told it was not available yet and that it would be emailed to me. After three additional texts over the following days asking for the paperwork to be emailed to me, I received no responses. I still do not have any paperwork or record that my truck was at this service center. -In my opinion, I am confident the service center did nothing to the truck the entire 2 weeks it was with them. Within a few days of driving after the truck picked up from the service center, the problem (Reduced Acceleration Mode) returned. -This was a miserable experience with this service center, I will never take my vehicles back to them. I would be happy to sit down with a general manager and share my experience, maybe they can provide me the paperwork for the service.

I had a great experience getting my car service on Monday of this week. When I pulled up, I was greeted by a nice guy name Julian. He introduced hisself and told me he would be taking care of me. He provided excellent customer service throughout my entire visit. I believe in good customer service and he definitely provided quality top tier customer service. Thank you!

I recently brought my car in for an air conditioning compressor repair, which is commonly quoted online at around $1,000 for my 2012 car. Unfortunately, this visit was a disappointing departure from my previous positive experiences. First, I was never provided with a detailed estimate. Instead, I was informed by text and voice only that the total cost for the repairs would be $1,940—nearly a quarter of my car’s value. This lack of transparency was surprising and concerning. After declining the repairs, I was further taken aback by a $229 diagnostic fee, which had never been mentioned beforehand during any of my previous visits. Overall, this was a frustrating experience, primarily due to poor communication. Until now, I had always been satisfied with the service, but this incident has left me hesitant to return.

On 10 December 2025, Malcolm Cunningham Chevrolet (MCC) automotive service department far exceeded my expectations regarding timely auto service excellence and turnaround time. The MCC auto service department captured and attended to all my reported concerns to include all GM scheduled checks and services. I had arrived back at my farm workplace no more than 45 minutes before MCC auto service advisor Mr. DeMond Brown informed me that my 2021Chevy Silverado 1500 LTZ was ready for pickup. Upon arrival at MCC auto service department to pick up my vehicle, it had been cleaned inside and outside, and all or most bonus and service credits had been applied to my billing statement. The kicker is that I felt like I was driving a new vehicle on my return trip to my place of work. The MCC auto service department restored my belief that I did not have to own a 2025/2026 Chevy Silverado before it would give me premium auto maintenance service. MCC auto service department demonstrated that it renders premium auto maintenance service standards as long as Chevy vehicle owners comply with scheduled maintenance recommendations. RECOMMENDATION: MCC and other Automotive Service Excellence centers in the Augusta GA area help motor vehicle owners receive auto maintenance service compensation for timely payments made to companies like Endurance and Car Shield for automotive extended warranty service account policies.

This is about the maintenance department. I came back twice about my tire yet they kept telling me nothing wrong with it that everyone is going through it they said and assured me it was the weather and the pressure in the weather. A week after my tire went down even lower in pressure and took it to Jiffy. They right away found the problem which was a nail stuck in it and was gonna almost pop if I didn't take it in. I felt something was wrong with my tire but not Chevy . The people are thankfully kind so grateful for that but they may not be as knowledgeable or even in a hurry about getting things done faster for Saturday customers especially. I wanna say y'all should give break to them on weekends both Saturday and Sunday and return on business days

Very nice ppl I dealt with for my service. After having been there on time for my morning service appointment n then waiting on the warranty ppl to pay their part for the service. The supervisor advised service department to let me pay my portion due n go home n they would continue to contact them for payment. I finally got in touch with sumbody who had sum sense at the warranty company and had the supervisor/service department at MC to call and ask for Chris. They finally called me from MC and told me they did receive payment. I have never had a problem bf with this warranty company paying but I am done with them now. “I will NEVER deal with EMPIRE WARRANTY again!!!” Thank You MC for working with me!!

I do not like that you make an appointment, and you still sit there for so long. I have been to other dealerships with my other vehicles and have never sat this long. This is an inconvenience, and then the service reps aren't personable at all. I feel like the level of service you get when you purchase the car should be the same throughout having your vehicle serviced. Malcolm Cunningham use to be my favorite dealership, and now I am second guessing my decision of doing business with them.

A message was sent to me asking if I had any questions let them know I responded to that automated message what was taking so long it was then 3:47pm

Gary assisted my husband and I throughout the entire process of buying my vehicle on January 10th. He was extremely patient, kind, helpful, and just genuine about everything. He couldn’t have done any better of a job. We are so grateful he worked with us and honestly have zero complaints about him, alone. Obviously we highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a vehicle here.

Went in for my regular maintenance and tire rotation. My tires were not rotated when they said they did. I have the maintenance plan and it’s aggravating when they don’t do something that was paid for.

After checking in, I find the waiting area full and later guys giving up seats to older customers because the area was full. Some people ended up just milling around because there was no place to sit. I ask that if an appointment is given, please respect the time that YOU give. Honestly, the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. No one came out when I went to drop the car off for my appointment. I had to get out and find someone to help me. He was sitting at his desk. I told him why I was dropping the car off and what was wrong with it and to please check the driver side rear rim because my daughter had scratched it in a drive-through and I paid for coverage on that. I waited about three days and had to text them to see if the car was ready. My husband and I went to pick it up and nobody was back there except for the mechanics and a guy painting. I had to call the front office and then someone finally came back. Even though I told two people about the rim, he said there was nothing on there about it even though I talk to him personally when I said that I did talk to him, he reluctantly went and took a picture of the rim, and I am yet to hear anything back from them. I would never buy a car from this dealership again, and I don’t think I will ever buy a new car again and buy all these extras with it and then they act like they don’t want to do anything about the rim, even though I paid extra for coverage on that I have the paperwork to prove it. My husband felt the same way about the dealership. I would like to take it to a different Chevrolet place, but I don’t know if that would void my warranties all in all. It was a bad experience. I don’t feel like a was treated as a valued customer at all!

Your dealership lied about working on the vehicle i was not informed about the length of time the unit would be there said mechanic was working on it and they weren’t. Vehicle was there or two months i took the vehicle to another dealership and the repair took four days for them to do recalls and repair circuit on vehicle.

On Mar 18 at about 8:45 I call your Service Manager Mike about an issue with my Rear Back up Camera in the Chevrolet Tahoe they had been working on not working. He said that he would call me about in a few minutes that day. I never heard back from him and today is Friday Mar 27 @ 5:35 pm.

Chris and Keon were awesome salesman. They took extra time with me and my husband and at the end had a little up myself, but it was my fault not theirs and I truly apologize for my behavior. Thanks for the oil change. I asked if my car could get washed and vacuum. My car was the same when I brought it in, except for the oil change service. I was very disappointed. Oh, the front floors were partially vacuumed. The same spots on the outside, even dashboard was just as I brought the car in. Desmond is a great manager though.

They worked with me and I think it was a fair deal

I had a 10 AM appointment for my first oil change. The staff/ service writer was very courteous and professional. I explained when I made the appointment and to the service writer that I live 40 miles from the dealership and I’d have to wait in the lounge for it. The lounge area had very comfortable seating and was one of the better ones I’ve experienced. Since I bought my Silverado from the dealership, I was told ( during sales pitch) that dealership purchasers would have priority for service. I waited 3 hours for the oil change service. I arrived at 9:45 and was notified the vehicle was ready at 1:10 pm, so I’m being generous in that timeframe. I felt this was a long time ( perhaps overbooking is an issue?). This is the reason for the 2 star rating. Since this was my first visit to the service department, hopefully I experienced an exception to normal.

I really don't have much to say. Checking in was a breeze and the attendant was friendly. I did make an appointment online and added a few notes in but the attendant still asked me what was I there for. I guess everything was completed and no additional issues were found since there was no additional feedback about my vehicle during checkout. Demond was friendly as well. Nothing more else to say since I dropped the vehicle off.
