Tire rotation was included in the first service paid for by GM. It wasn’t completed - my truck had exactly the same tire pressure as it did when it was brought in. I also put a mark on one of the tires beforehand since I have been taken advantage of in the past. The oil life monitor wasn’t reset so I have no proof that the oil was even changed and since I know for a fact the tires weren’t rotated, it’s highly unlikely. This was the first service that was to be completed on my new truck and complimentary from GM; therefore, I thought they would like to know that they were billed for services not performed. I called the service advisor, Don, multiple times today and got the runaround. I then was told he had left for the day. I asked for the service manager and never got a call back even though the lady said he was in and she would personally let him know to call me. Please check the records and feel free to contact me for any additional information. I wanted to give the dealership the chance to make it right and again they refused to even call me back.

I dropped off my 2012 chevy tahoe for oil change and tire rotation at Malcolm Cunningham Chevrolet on 6-12-2025. Shortly after pick up my vehicle, two of my wheel center caps came off. I was able to retrieve one, but this is a major inconvenience. I had to go back to the dealership to complain and have another ordered. It was the worst experience I have had at a Chevrolet dealership. The service representatives were talking bad about the other employees and the front people were talking bad about the customers. The service representative made me feel like you wanted to nickel and dime me and up sale me like a Firestone lying about me needing brakes when they are brand new. When I was checking out the person informed me that the price was going to be $30 higher than the person who started the service. when asked about it he said well I don’t know what to tell you. I was then also told that part of the needed service was not going to be preformed as the people were already starting to leave. At this time I do not plan to return as others in the area have maintained more professional environments.

My truck had a surprise control module issue that nearly caused an accident with my family as braking went out. I brought it in, and was given a period of two weeks expected before completion, but the manager of servicing expedited me to a couple days only for diagnostic and repair. Very thankful for that! I called multiple dealerships. Malcolm Cunningham is the only one that actually got me down to the dealership to sit in and test drive a vehicle. Once I arrived and selected a vehicle, the initial pricing for the finance agreement was well out of my price range…. But it didn’t stay that way for long. Within 30 minutes, Mirari (my sales rep), his management team, and Tina (my finance agent at the dealership) were able to put me into a payment bracket that worked within my budget. I have the car I wanted. No downsizing, no sacrificing trim packages, and NO DOWN PAYMENT! I felt valued, and appreciated for my business. Took my EV to Malcolm Cunningham on 5/1. Two weeks into them having my vehicle I reached out to get an ETA on the approximate time of finish and was told that it should be a week or two, that they are just waiting on the parts. I was then provided a rental from Enterprise car rental, a Chevy equinox. Not making a huge deal about the gas vehicle that I was given I reached back out around June 1st to get a ln update on the vehicle. This is when I was told that the parts just arrive in the 28th of May and I will receive a call about an ETA on the repair. Two weeks past an I came to the dealership and inquired in person and that’s when I was told that they had 1 EV tech that’s also the transmission tech and engine tech also, he was extremely behind and they hoped it would be an extended time that they would have my vehicle. I was again promised a call to update me on a potential date for repair but not call was ever given. About mid June I reached out to the Chevy EV concierge to see if they can assist in helping me find a potential ETa of repair. My representative called Malcolm Cunningham on my behalf and he was told that it should be a week or so, that they just got the parts and they will begin working on it shortly. Around the beginning of July I reached back out to the concierge to see if he could follow up on the ETA and he was told that they were waiting on parts and that they just came…. The parts were already confirmed to have arrived on two previous conversations as being delivered on May 28th. This is where I started to explore my options on a buy back. It has been around 60 days and the vehicle has not ETA on when it will be started. The next few attempts to connect with the same GM concierge, I was routed to different reps and the gave me the same response from Malcolm Cunningham. That they will give me a call with an update. This brings us to Mid July and I finally got in contact with the original EV rep and that’s when we were told that the parts department accidentally sent the parts back. So at this point we are 10 weeks into a service repair and they have to reorder the parts again. I agreed to move forward with the buy back process. I received multiple call backs from the GM buy back team about this issue, I believe to the 100% incompetence of this Dealers service team. This is when I finally received a call back from someone with Malcolm Cunningham’s service department apologizing. They day that the buyback was agreeed upon is when they called saying my vehicle was ready. This totaled 90 days all together for a repair. In all the dealer has had possession of my vehicle longer than I have owned it. This is 100% unacceptable for any reason! Every interaction with MC Chevy that I have ever had has been horrible! I will never ever ever ever step foot into this dealer until they make this right. Currently in the market for the SS blazer, they have this opportunity to gain back a customer before I share this story beyond just this survey.

I was overcharged for a service that should have been covered under my car’s warranty. The service department was unaware that I had an active warranty and could not explain why my repairs weren’t covered. On top of that, they damaged the battery by killing its cells during service and failed to inform me. This is about the maintenance department. I came back twice about my tire yet they kept telling me nothing wrong with it that everyone is going through it they said and assured me it was the weather and the pressure in the weather. A week after my tire went down even lower in pressure and took it to Jiffy. They right away found the problem which was a nail stuck in it and was gonna almost pop if I didn't take it in. I felt something was wrong with my tire but not Chevy . The people are thankfully kind so grateful for that but they may not be as knowledgeable or even in a hurry about getting things done faster for Saturday customers especially. I recently brought my car in for an air conditioning compressor repair, which is commonly quoted online at around $1,000 for my 2012 car. Unfortunately, this visit was a disappointing departure from my previous positive experiences. First, I was never provided with a detailed estimate. -First, my Chevy Colorado was not serviced on 10/15/25, it was in the service center from 8/29/25 - 9/9/25. -I called and scheduled a drop off appointment for my truck, when I arrived at the service center, nobody was there to greet me. I had to find a service rep to accept my truck into service. The service rep could not find my appointment. -While my truck was in service for a 2-week period, nobody ever contacted me with the status of my truck, I had to contact them on every occasion by text. Every attempt of a phone call failed. -On my final text to contact the service center, nearly 2 weeks into the process, I was told the work was finished on the truck and it was ready for pick up, they never called me to let me know. -When I arrived to pick up the truck and asked what was wrong with it and what had been done to fix it, I was told that some coolant had been added, that was it, no further details. -I asked for the paperwork detailing the service and what had been done to the truck, I was told it was not available yet and that it would be emailed to me. After three additional texts over the following days asking for the paperwork to be emailed to me, I received no responses. I still do not have any paperwork or record that my truck was at this service center. -In my opinion, I am confident the service center did nothing to the truck the entire 2 weeks it was with them. Within a few days of driving after the truck picked up from the service center, the problem (Reduced Acceleration Mode) returned. -This was a miserable experience with this service center, I will never take my vehicles back to them. I would be happy to sit down with a general manager and share my experience, maybe they can provide me the paperwork for the service.

I do not like that you make an appointment, and you still sit there for so long. I have been to other dealerships with my other vehicles and have never sat this long. On 10 December 2025, Malcolm Cunningham Chevrolet (MCC) automotive service department far exceeded my expectations regarding timely auto service excellence and turnaround time. The MCC auto service department captured and attended to all my reported concerns to include all GM scheduled checks and services. I had arrived back at my farm workplace no more than 45 minutes before MCC auto service advisor Mr. DeMond Brown informed me that my 2021Chevy Silverado 1500 LTZ was ready for pickup. Upon arrival at MCC auto service department to pick up my vehicle, it had been cleaned inside and outside, and all or most bonus and service credits had been applied to my billing statement. The kicker is that I felt like I was driving a new vehicle on my return trip to my place of work. The MCC auto service department restored my belief that I did not have to own a 2025/2026 Chevy Silverado before it would give me premium auto maintenance service. MCC auto service department demonstrated that it renders premium auto maintenance service standards as long as Chevy vehicle owners comply with scheduled maintenance recommendations. RECOMMENDATION: MCC and other Automotive Service Excellence centers in the Augusta GA area help motor vehicle owners receive auto maintenance service compensation for timely payments made to companies like Endurance and Car Shield for automotive extended warranty service account policies.
